👋 Hello and welcome, I’m Mélanie.
Motherhood is an adventure that’s moving, beautiful… and full of questions. Since the birth of my little girl 👶💞, I’ve discovered just how rich, intense, and sometimes overwhelming each stage can be.
Like many moms, I started from scratch 🌱. I searched, read, experimented, and connected with experts (a lactation consultant 🤱, physical therapist 💆♀️, etc.). Step by step, I gathered valuable resources and realized how essential it is not to go through this alone, but surrounded by support.
✨ Today, I’m putting this experience at the service of moms-to-be 🤰 and new moms 🤱 through:

What inspires me most in supporting moms-to-be 🤰 is offering genuine listening and practical guidance, while keeping a touch of mystery in this unique journey. Because I believe motherhood holds its magic in the unexpected, too.
One thing, however, is certain: no woman should go through this period alone. Postpartum, especially, can be a real challenge. That’s why I share reliable information, practical exercises, and compassionate support—so every mom can find the care she needs.

I’m a calm and grounded person, but also someone who loves to enjoy life 🎉. In my daily routine, horseback riding 🐎 gives me fresh air and balance—something that also nourishes my experience of motherhood.
I dream of a world where every pregnancy and postpartum is lived with confidence, gentleness, and surrounded by support 🫶. For me, the ideal motherhood is one where a woman feels respected in her choices and free to live this journey her own way.
